Prepare for class
✓ How to Dress:
Wear comfortable, fitted clothes (i.e. tank tops, yoga pants, leggings, etc.) so the instructor can evaluate your form clearly. Remove any jewelry / loose accessories and be sure to wear grip socks (also available for purchase at the studio)
✓ What to Bring:
Bring a small towel and water bottle to stay dry and hydrated. We have lockers available for you store any other belongings, if needed.
✓ When to Arrive:
Arrive 10 minutes early to check-in with the front desk, complete your liability waiver, and get ready for class.
✓ What to Know:
Know your limits! Consult your physician if you have any health conditions or concerns and communicate with your instructor so they can help you adjust accordingly.
